Crimes against Humanity are defined in Articles 18 and 19 of the Comorian Law implementing the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. See:

According to Article 11 of the law implementing the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the commission of a crime pursuant to a superior's order (either civil or military) does not exonerate a person from criminal responsibility, but might constitute a mitigating factor. Jurisdiction:
Chapter XV (Articles 689 to 696) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Comoros of 1970 is devoted to crimes and offenses committed outside the territory of Comoros. (See full text of the Criminal Procedure Code of Comoros under the Links and Resource section below)
Statutes of Limitations:
According to Article 14 of the law implementing the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the violations and penalties established in the law are not subject to a statute of limitations and cannot be the subject of an amnesty or pardon:"Les infractions et les peines prévues par la présente loi sont imprescriptibles.

Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: Comoros signed the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on 22 September 2000 and deposited its instrument of ratification on 18 August 2006.
