International Criminal Court

Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste acceded to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on 06 September 2002.

Upon accession the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste made the following notification under article 87 (1) and (2) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court:
    "... that the official language of communication between the Court and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste shall be English."
