Novatek in talks on long-term LNG supply contracts with Indian companies -- CEO
Russian independent gas producer Novatek is in negotiations with Indian companies on long-term LNG supply contracts, the company's CEO Leonid Mikhelson told reporters.
"Now we are negotiating with several companies on long-term supply contracts for the Indian market," he said.
According to him, Novatek is set to conclude long-term contracts with Indian companies for the supply of LNG to the country and the relevant negotiations are underway.
"We expect that consumers in India will still be focused on long-term contracts," he said.
