Ukraine blames Russia for slowing down agreement on participation of Russian ships in Sevastopol in conflicts
Ukraine expressed anxiety over the fact that Russia is slowing down the preparation and signing of an agreement for the participation of the Russian Blcak Sea fleet, located on Ukrainian territory, in conflict situations, a statement, published by the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, reads, UNIAN reported.
A group of Russian battle ships from the Black Sea fleet were deployed in the Eastern part of the Black Sea near the border with Georgia, UNIAN reporter earlier.
