Instagram, Facebook accounts of Chechnya's head unavailable for access

The profiles of Chechnya's Head Ramzan Kadyrov on Instagram and Facebook are closed for access on Saturday.

When an Internet user wants to access the accounts, the networks say the user is not found. However, his English-language page on Instagram is working fine.

Kadyrov has more than three million followers in Instagram and more than 757,000 on Facebook.
