Putin orders government to continue contacts with Ukraine

President Vladimir Putin instructed his government on Thursday, February 27, to continue contacts with Ukrainian partners on the development of trade and economic ties, hold consultations with foreign partners, including the International Monetary Fund, on financial aid to Kiev, and explore the possibility of providing humanitarian aid to Crimea following its request.
