Kiev sollicite le statut d'allié des USA en dehors de l'Otan (SNBO)

L'Ukraine demande aux Etats-Unis de lui accorder un statut spécial d'allié essentiel en-dehors de l'Otan, a annoncé jeudi à l'issue d'une réunion extraordinaire du Conseil de sécurité nationale et de défense de l'Ukraine (SNBO) le secrétaire adjoint du Conseil, Mikhaïl Koval.

"Notre Etat compte sur l'aide des Etats-Unis, notamment sous forme d'octroi d'un statut spécial d'allié essentiel américain en-dehors de l'Alliance atlantique", a déclaré M.Koval.
