Kiev's actions in eastern Ukraine immoral and inhuman -- Foreign Ministry
Kiev's actions in the east of Ukraine are "immoral and inhuman", Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Wednesday.
He said there was "an information taboo" on events in eastern Ukraine. "Unfortunately, an information taboo has been put on what happened and what is happening in the east of Ukraine. Kiev responded to the initial peaceful protest of people who were demanding respect for their rights by firing weapons of mass destruction at villages and densely-populated districts of Donetsk and Luhansk. Hundreds of people were killed," the diplomat said.
"If some think it normal, let them stop saying tumid words about respect for human rights. What Kiev is doing now is immoral and inhuman," Lukashevich said.
