OSCE envoy promises to help Donbass deliver petition to UN Security Council
Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in Ukraine Martin Sajdik promised on Wednesday to provide assistance in delivering a petition of Donbass residents to the UN Security Council.
The OSCE special envoy made this statement after a meeting of the Contact Group on the settlement of the situation in east Ukraine.
As the OSCE envoy said, Denis Pushilin, who represents the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic at the Minsk talks, turned to him with a request to provide assistance in delivering a petition of the Donbass residents to the UN Security Council and the European security agency OSCE.
Sajdik said he had promised to consider this issue.
