Russian forces advance 1.5 km in Novoselka area of DPR -- official

Vladimir Rogov added that Velikaya Novoselka is a major logistics hub for the Ukrainian armed forces

MELITOPOL, November 19. /TASS/. The Russian Armed Forces have advanced 1.5 km (0.9 miles) near the settlement of Yasnaya Polyana in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), located 14 km (8.7 miles) east of Ukraine-controlled Velikaya Novoselka, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the Russian Civic Chamber's commission on sovereignty, patriotic projects, and veteran support, told TASS.

"In the area of Velikaya Novoselka, [our troops] have advanced 1.5 km to the northwest from Yasnaya Polyana, north of Razdolye and south of Bogatyr," the official said.

He also added that Velikaya Novoselka is a major logistics hub for the Ukrainian armed forces, through which the enemy is supplied with manpower, munitions, and equipment.
