The book "La Represión Política en Chile" [ESP/SPA] (Political Repression in Chile) by María Eugenia Rojas, has been selected for being one of the best explanations of the systematic human rights violations context in Chile. You can download it for free from our Digital Library or buy one of the few copies that still remain of the 1988 paperback edition in Spanish in our Online Bookshop
The book "Narcotráfico y política: militarismo y mafia en Bolivia" (Drug trafficking and politics: Militarism and the Mafia in Bolivia), has been selected because it is one of the only testimonials about the military coup organized by the Argentine military and Bolivian drug traffickers in 1982.
