Crimes Crime of Aggression
No specific provision. However, the Republic of Panama ratified the Kampala amendments to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on the Crime of Aggression on 06 December 2017:

Crimes against Humanity are provided for under Book II, Title XV (Crimes against Humanity), Chapter I (Offenses against International Human Righths Law), Article 441 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Panama. See:

The Republic of Panama ratified the Convention for the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearance on 24 June 2011. Article 5 of the said Convention stipulates:"The widespread or systematic practice of enforced disappearance constitutes a crime against humanity as defined in applicable international law and shall attract the consequences provided for under such applicable international law."
Enforced disappearances are also provided for under Article 152 of the Criminal Code as an ordinary crime. This article was modified by Law 55 of 30 November 2016 to add a second paragraph stating the following:"This crime will be considered as continuous or permanent until the fate or whereabouts of the victim is established. The criminal action arising from the enforced disappearance of persons and the penalty imposed on the perpetrator by a court of law will not be subject to any statute of limitations".
[Original Spanish version: "Este delito será considerado como continuado o permanente mientras no se establezca el destino o paradero de la víctima. La acción penal derivada de la desaparición forzada de personas y la pena impuesta judicialmente al responsable de ésta serán imprescriptibles."]

International Criminal Court
Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court: The Republic of Panama signed the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court on 18 July 1998 and deposited its instrument of ratification on 21 March 2002.
On 25 May 2004 the Republic of Panama made the following notification under article 87 (1) and (2) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court:" ..... requests for cooperation pursuant to article 87, paragraph 1 (a), of the Rome Statute shall be transmitted by the Court to the Republic of Panama through the diplomatic channel.
In addition, requests for cooperation pursuant to paragraph 2 of the aforementioned article, and any documents supporting such requests, shall be written in or translated into Spanish, the official language of the Republic of Panama."
